Guest changes
We will do our best to help you if you want to change your booking, but we can not guarantee that we will be able to fulfill such requests. Requests for changes must be made by e-mail to: bokning@bjorsjoas
Björsjöås Vildmarks changes
Sometimes there may be changes and we may need to offer an equivalent product / accommodation / service. If we are unable to offer something equivalent, the guest is entitled to a full refund.
Transfer of the agreement
The guest has the right to transfer his contract to someone else in his place. The guest must notify the change no later than 3 days before arrival.
Rebooking
Rebooking is possible up to 7 days before arrival, rebooking can be made subject to availability and to the current price list.
Cancellation when booking the entire facility / entire house
The guest can cancel in writing by sending an email to: bokning@bjorsjoas
In case of cancellation, we are obliged to confirm the guest’s cancellation in writing. In case of cancellation, we are entitled to charge a handling fee of 95 SEK. We only accept cancellations by the guest.
- If canceled 14 days or more, 100% refund.
- If canceled 7 days before arrival, we will charge 30% of the total cost.
- If canceled 3 days before arrival, we will charge 100% of the total cost.
Cancellation for booking cottages
The guest can cancel in writing by sending an email to: bokning@bjorsjoas
In case of cancellation, we are obliged to confirm the guest’s cancellation in writing. We only accept cancellations by the guest.
- Cancellation up to 3 days before arrival, 100% refund.
- Cancellations 3 days before your booking takes place, you will be charged 15% of the total amount of the booking.
- Cancellation 1 day before your arrival you will be charged 30% of the total amount of the booking.
NOTE! It is your own responsibility to ensure that you have travel, sickness and cancellation insurance. Check with your insurance company exactly what is included and if there are any exceptions for Covid-19.
Cancellation in case of illness / unforeseen events
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible to cancel your experience with us with a refund of up to 75% of the total amount. In unforeseen circumstances, we refer to;
- Grief, illness or a serious accident that has affected you, your travel companion, spouse, partner, your or your partner’s parents, children or siblings.
- Unforeseen and serious events beyond your control, such as a major fire or flood in your home, which means that it is not reasonable to require you to fulfill your booking contract.
You must be able to verify your disability with a certificate from a doctor, authority or insurance company. A medical certificate must include a diagnosis, the date of your first visit and the reason why you are prevented from traveling. The certificate must be issued before the date of arrival.
In order for you to receive your refund, the reason for the cancellation must be unforeseen, unexpected and of such a nature that it prevents you from making your trip. This means that if, for example, you do not have the necessary travel documents for the trip, it will not be considered a justified reason for cancellation.
