Force majeure
Force majeure means unusual, unpredictable and unavoidable events that are beyond our control, and that prevent the agreement from being fulfilled.
Circumstances that the organizer could not reasonably have foreseen and therefore could not have avoided or overcome.
Including, but not limited to, war, threats of war, insurgency, civil insubordination or strike, government action, terrorist act, natural or industrial disaster, fire, severe weather conditions, flooding, closed airports, technical issues, maintenance problems or unforeseen changes made by airlines , such as changes in timetables, interruptions in IT infrastructure (including but not limited to our website). Under these conditions, we are free from liability or other consequences.
