When will the booking become binding?
It is the guest’s responsibility to check the confirmation and to ensure that the arrival and departure dates are correct. The booking is valid for both us and the guest as soon as we have confirmed the booking and the guest within the agreed time paid the agreed registration fee (or the entire rent).
Payment
Payment is handled via online / bank transfer or swish
Payment must be received by us no later than the date stated in the confirmation. For organized groups and larger travel companies, exceptions from the above-mentioned rules can be made by agreement with us.
When booking, a booking confirmation will be sent to you with an invoice that must be paid no later than the due date, if the invoice is not paid, the booking will be considered canceled.
When paying from abroad, the guest must pay overheads in the home country and in Sweden. We will receive the agreed price in the specified currency stated on the confirmation.
For events booked 14-0 days before arrival, full payment must be made according to the agreed price.
